Curious How Much Your Neighbour's Property Sold For?

In case you have been wondering what the reason is behind real estate agents being reluctant to give out sold information, please read on:

REALTORS® need to follow and abide by different rules and regulations put out by TRREB, RECO, CREA, etc. in order to protect privacy, the public and the flow and accuracy of information. In simple words, REALTORS® can release certain information only when serving clients and customers in real estate.

With the fast paced market and in order to serve you better, we at Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd. have introduced our own brand new Homespot app.  The Homespot app will allow you to access  Available and Sold Listings directly from your phone. 

In order to stay compliant, please follow the steps below to download and set up the app. There's also a brief intro about how you can use it.

1. Go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search for the "Homespot" app by Apostrophe Solutions and install it. It's a free app.

2. Open the app and in the bottom right corner, click on Agents. Search for my name, Gizella Nyulas, then click on Connect with Gizella. You will select Yes in the Confirm Selection pop-up window which follows.

3. The app is now configured to show you Just Listed properties from your neighbourhood, as well as Just Sold properties from the area. You can choose between Just Listed and Just Sold properties at the top part of the page. 

4. When choosing Just Sold you will notice that the Sold properties are blanked out. In order to access Sold information please click on a sold property. That will prompt you to register with your contact information. Once you have registered, you will be able to see the Sold information as well.

5. If you are looking to search for properties, you can prompt a Map search at the bottom of the page.

6. The top left corner drop-down menu will give you a series of options such as Filters for your search, access to Home Valuation, Price Trends, School information and more.
