I’d like to ask you a favor....
First and foremost I hope that you and your family are healthy and doing well.
As you may know the real estate market is hot! Interest rates are historicaly low and there is heavy buyer demand for homes. The challenge is; there are not enough homes for sale for all of the buyers. I'm currently working with several Buyers… see a few bellow.
We are struggling to find homes for them and when we do, we run into multiple offers. We have been sending mailers to neighborhoods they would like to live in, and asking homeowners if they are thinking of selling. Once in a while I do come across with homeowners who actually want to sell. Of course, this takes a long time and resources sending out mailers and it is very passive. No way to know if anyone is thinking about moving unless they reach out to me.
